Fly High Palau is run by local Palauan, Lucy Kloulubak. Lucy started Fly High because she wanted visitors to Palau to experience the Rock Islands in an authentic way that no other tour does. She and the Fly High crew make sure every trip has a touch of real island hospitality and authenticity.
