Of course! We are happy to cater to dietary requirements on tours that include lunch. Advance notice is required so please include any dietary requests in your booking enquiry as soon as possible. Dietary conditions and preferences may include Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, No Gluten/Coeliac ,Child-Friendly.

While not mandatory, tipping is routine and greatly appreciated in Palau. When considering gratuities, a range of 10-15% of your bill is generally a thoughtful gesture if you are happy with your experience.

While Palau is known for beautiful sunny weather, occasionally we may be unable to run trip due to unsafe conditions.   Weather calls are made based on both safety and customer experience.

We are generally only unable to run if winds are gale force or the water is very rough.

 To compensate for weather having a possible effect on tours we have the following policies:

If weather completely prevents us from running at all on the day and we make the decision not to proceed - you will not be charged. (We are happy to reschedule to another day subject to availability if you wish)

If weather prevents us from getting to your desired locations but we are able to offer an alternative option - Charges will reflect the alternate destination cost and these can be discussed at the time.

Should we still be able to run but you choose not to proceed, we can happily rebook you to another departure date. If another departure is not suitable there will be a loss of deposit.

We ensure to leave minimal trace on all of our tours, and reducing waste where possible. The following behaviours are prohibited on FlyHigh tours:

• Littering

• Standing on corals, or breaking off pieces

• Use of non reef-safe sunblock

On a full day rock island tour the exact stops will be determined close to departure and will vary based on time, weather and operational factors.

Please let us know if there are any specific location/s that you are hoping to visit and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shared Tours are trips where other groups and individuals may be booked with you on the same tour. They are cheaper than a private tour and are a great way to meet fellow travelers!

Minimum numbers are required for departure - if we cannot operate we will do our best to reaccommodate you to another trip date or tour.

Meanwhile a Private Tour is an exclusive trip arranged for your group and we can tailor the itinerary to your desired locations and needs. Departure is guaranteed barring external factors such as weather conditions.
